Manekin dari bidang cuping telinga hingga bidang pusar dengan posisi kepala menengok ke satu sisi. Model ini ditempatkan dalam posisi standar untuk pungsi vena sentral dan kateterisasi, termasuk penanda anatomis seperti lengan kanan, klavikula (tulang selangka), tulang rusuk, otot sternokleidomastoideus, sendi sternoklavikular, dan lain-lain. Model ini dapat digunakan untuk pungsi dan kateterisasi vena subklavia serta vena jugularis interna dengan panduan ultrasonografi (USG). Lengan pada model ini juga dapat digunakan untuk penempatan kateter PICC dengan panduan USG.
